d&#8217;une famille de Saint-\u00c9milion, a explor\u00e9 le vin d\u00e9salcoolis\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande des Qataris du PSG. Apr\u00e8s plus de deux ans de travail avec son directeur technique, St\u00e9phane Poirier, elle a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un vin d\u00e9salcoolis\u00e9 pr\u00e9servant la qualit\u00e9 du Ch\u00e2teau Clos de Bo\u00fcard. Malgr\u00e9 des r\u00e9actions initiales mitig\u00e9es, le vin d\u00e9salcoolis\u00e9 a conquis les consommateurs, offrant une alternative appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e, faible en calories (11 calories par verre) et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 divers profils.<\/p><p>Cette nouvelle gamme r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une demande croissante en France et \u00e0 l&#8217;international, m\u00eame en p\u00e9riode de crise, et a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien accueillie par les chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s. Bien que les co\u00fbts de production soient plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s en raison de la d\u00e9salcoolisation par distillation sous vide et \u00e0 froid, le vin d\u00e9salcoolis\u00e9 est commercialis\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins cher pour renforcer son attractivit\u00e9. Coralie de Bo\u00fcard souligne que cette diversification s&#8217;inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de sa passion viticole, offrant du plaisir \u00e0 travers des vins de terroirs pour tous les
