A generous nose of white and yellow fruits such as vine peaches, with subtle notes of roasted hazelnuts and mocha. A round attack on the palate, with notes of candied citrus fruit leading to a lovely freshness. The pastry cream notes are held in place by the lemony tension for a harmonious finish.
