The Château Clos de Bouard, located in Montagne, near Saint-Émilion and Bordeaux, presents its first dealcoholized wine, Prince Oscar, and its new white wine Eden. After the success of the first, Coralie de Bouard, owner of the estate, decided to meet a growing demand by launching Eden, a high-end de-alcoholized white wine.

Prince Oscar – The first de-alcoholized wine from Château Clos de Bouard

Prince Oscar was born from a unique request from a prestigious client, the Parc des Princes. Produced in the best way, it is the result of a traditional process with complete fermentation and aging in barrels, before undergoing a cold vacuum evaporation process, allowing to preserve the freshness of the fruit. This non-alcoholic wine is a great success, in France and internationally, due to its superior quality and its pleasant texture that mimics that of a traditional wine.

Eden – The new white wine with alcohol-free

Fort of the success of Prince Oscar, Château Clos de Bouard expands its offer with Eden, a dealcooled white wine. Like its predecessor, Eden is a high-end wine, produced with the same care and the same quality requirement. Thanks to a cold vacuum dealcoholization process, Eden retains all its aromatic richness while being completely alcohol-free. A fruity and balanced wine, perfect for those who want to enjoy a refined wine without the effects of alcohol.
